Delete your Emberdust account
In the game
Settings → Players → Account → Delete account. The account is deleted at once: it leaves every ranking, its guild and its party, and it can no longer sign in.
Without the game
Write to playemberdust@gmail.com with your character name. We confirm the request within 7 days and reply when the account is deleted.
What is deleted and what is kept
| Character, items, currencies, progress, rankings, name, chat reports, sign-in | Deleted at once. A copy is kept 30 days so a deletion by mistake can be undone on request, then erased. |
| Purchase records (order number, product, date) | Kept without any link to the account, as required for tax and payment disputes. |
| Backups of the database | Replaced on a 14-day rotation. |
An account deleted by us for breaking the rules is kept 1 year for appeals.
